Shipping policy

All orders ship within 3 - 5 business days from the time it is processed. We DO NOT ship/process orders on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.

Orders purchased from deadendoutdoors.com will ship via UPS Ground. This will allow us to better serve our customers with faster shipping/transit time to residential locations. Orders with a PO Box shipping address will be shipped via USPS.

Customers will be notified via email confirmation when their order has shipped and their credit cards will then be charged for their purchase. Please be sure to check your junk mail folder for your order/shipment confirmation emails.

Unfortunately, we cannot expedite shipments at this time.

Please note that all transactions from this website will appear on your banking statement as SP DEAD END OUTDOORS.

Orders purchased online from deadendoutdoors.com ship within the United States. No shipments can be made outside of the United States. We apologize for this inconvenience.

Orders shipping to Alaska & Hawaii will be shipped via USPS and have a $30 flat rate shipping cost.
